1. High Integrity:

Advantages of Drum Sand Washer
Drum sand washer is a large machine mainly used for washing ores, which is applied to wash ores mixed with clay before the ore concentration procedure and to increase the index of ore concentration, commonly used in washing ores like manganese, iron, limestone, tungsten, stannum and silica sand.

Working principle of Drum Sand Washer
Supported by four wheels, the speed reducer is driven by the motor and the cleaning cylinder is driven by gears rotating slowly. The aggregates mixed with clay and stone powder enter from the feeding inlet into the rotary cylinder. They are thrown continuously by the wear-resistant rubber liner installed with a certain angle inside the cylinder. After repeated cycles of moving from the feeding end to the discharging end and clockwise or anticlockwise washing, clean aggregates are discharged after the separation and dehydration of the screen on the outlet. The waste water mixed with sludge flow out of it through the baffle on the feeding or discharging end.
