Working principle of Band Conveyor
The belt conveyor is mainly composed of two endpoint rollers and a closed conveyor belt on it.
The drum that drives the conveyor belt rotation is called the drive drum (drive drum); the other drum that only changes the movement direction of the conveyor belt is called the reversing drum.

The drive drum is driven by the motor through the reducer, and the conveyor belt is dragged by the friction between the drive drum and the conveyor belt.
Drive drum is generally installed at the unloading end to increase the traction and is conducive to dragging.
The material is fed by the feeding end, falls on the rotating conveyor belt, and is transported to the unloading end driven by the friction of the conveyor belt.
