Advantages of Pulse Jet Bag Dust Collector
Pulse jet bag dust collector is a new type high efficiency machine based on the dust collector. To further improve the machine, it preserves high purification efficiency, high capacity, stable performance, convenient operation, long duration of filter bag and less workload of maintenance. It is improved both on the structure and the pulse valve which solves the outdoor placement and low pressure of condensed air supply.

Working principle of Pulse Jet Bag Dust Collector
The dust catcher is comprised of ash bucket, upper box, middle box and lower box. The boxes are separated chamber structure. When it runs, the dusty air flows into the hopper through the blast pipe. Coarse dust particles directly fall to the bottom while fine particles go upward to the middle and lower boxes along the airflow. Accumulated on the surface of the filter bag, filtered air flows into the purification collecting tubule-exhaust channel-atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The purified air channel is firstly cut off to make bag at an airless state (stop the wind and clean the separation chamber). Second, open the pulse valve to purify with condensed air. Cut off the valve to ensure that the dust can fall down to the hopper. It avoids the dust from accumulating on the neighbor filter bag surface with the airflow. Exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash unloading valve are automatically controlled by programmable controller.
