It is mainly composed of sieve box, sieve frame, screen net, vibration motor, motor dock, vibration damping spring, bracket and so on.
1, sieve box: made of several thickness of different steel plate welding, with a certain strength and stiffness, is the main component of the sieve machine.
2, screen frame: made of pine or wood with small deformation, mainly used to keep the screen flat, to achieve the normal screen.
3, screen: there are low carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire and other sieve.
4. Vibrating motor: (see the instruction manual for use and maintenance methods).
5, motor bench: install vibration motor, the connection screw must be tightened before use, especially three days before the new screening machine trial, must be repeatedly tightened, so as to avoid loosening caused by accidents.
6, vibration damping spring: prevent vibration to the ground, and support the full weight of the sieve box, installation, the spring must be perpendicular to the ground.
7, bracket: composed of four pillars and two groove steel, supporting the sieve box, when installing the pillar must be vertical to the ground, the channel steel under the two pillars should be parallel to each other.

Working principle of Straight Line Screening
The linear vibration screen is driven by a double vibration motor.
When the two vibration motors are synchronized and the reverse drum rotates, the shock force generated by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor, and folds as a joint force in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the motor, so the motion trajectory of the sieve machine is a straight line.
The two motor shafts have a tilt Angle opposite the screen surface. Under the resultant action of shock force and material self-gravity, the material is thrown on the screen surface and jump forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material.

It is suitable for the screening of various dry powder materials with particle size of 0.074-5mm, water content of less than 70% and non-viscous content.
The maximum feed particle size is not greater than 10mm.
