1. The material can be divided into the coarse powder (d > 150 um), medium coarse powder (60 um < d < 150 um) and fine powder. The coarse particles are isolated in the first level. And the fine power is completed in the annular space formed by the guide vane and the vertical rotor cage with high classification accuracy and higher separation efficiency. 

    2. Compared to the centrifugal, cyclone and rotor classifier, the volume and the efficiency of T-sepa high efficiency three-way classifier are greatly improved, therefore, it’s more suitable for mass production. Advanced and reasonable structure allows volume, output and feeding volume to change at a large scope with unaffecting the efficiency and stable classification performance.

    3. Advanced classification principle. Combined with various classification principles, it adopts aerodynamics analysis which optimizes the whole flow field and reduces the resistance and energy consumption. The vortex rectifier with national patent is installed on the rotor. The airflow ascends irrotationally compared to the rotor. After the airflow enter into the rotor, the moment of momentum decreases which diminishes the pushing force of the rotor, saves the drive power and reduces the abrasion. The classification fineness is higher and more accurate after two separations.

4. The main bearing adopts endless high speed. It’s convenient to adjust the fineness, flexible and reliable; the adjusting scope is wide. 

    5. Space scope of separation zone and elevation zone are optimized which makes full use of the main space to increase the ratio of material to air as well as the separation efficiency.

    6. Abrasive parts such as distribution table, cyclone snail horn, guide vane and classification blades all adopt wear-resistant materials or are manufactured wear-resistant so the abrasion ratio is extremely low. The lining using new manganese plate effectively prolongs the useful time.

T-sepax high efficiency three-way classifier adopts aerodynamics analysis of aviation. Working principle of T-sepax High Efficiency Three-way Classifier

Speed-variable motor drives the shaft to revolve through the transmission device. Materials enter into the classification chamber from the inlet and fall on the distribution table through the powder pipe set between two cones of collected cone. The distribution table revolves with the vertical transmission shaft. Under the inertia centrifugal force, materials are dispersed evenly and then enter into the separation chamber through the inlet of the fan with the airflow. Large particles are thrown to the inner wall of the chamber by the inertia centrifugal force. Losing the kinetic energy, they will slide along the wall surface to the collected cone while the rest will be rolled up by the airflow which spirally rises up. When passing through the active region of blades, part of coarse particles are thrown to the inner wall of the chamber by the impact force and slide along the wall losing the kinetic energy to the collected cone.

     After passing through the blades, medium coarse and coarse powder will ascend to the second classification zone through vertical turning vane with the rising airflow. Dusty airflow forms strong and stable flat vortex by the rotary cage-like rotor which make them lose kinetic energy after being thrown to the vertical turning vane and fall to the collected cone and then are discharged through the powder pipe. Qualified fine powder will enter into the highly-efficient low resistance cyclone separator and become finished products.
