The indoor sieve plate is made of punching steel plate, woven iron sieve or grate. The water flow through the sieve plate into the jumping room should make the bed rise at a small height and slightly loose state. The particles with large density enter the bottom layer due to local pressure and large settlement speed, and the particles with small density are transferred to the upper layer.
When the water flow drops, the small particles with high density can also enter the lower layer through the gradually close bed gap, and supplement the mechanism of stimulates the water flow in the early years with the piston. The piston chamber is located on the side of the jumping chamber, the lower part is connected, and the piston is driven by the eccentric connecting rod mechanism.
Advantages of Side Motion Skip Machine
Jig with side bed is a combined sieve air chamber jig with an integration of jig body and bucket elevator to achieve washing and discharging together. With V structure, there is air valve system installed to control the rhythmic pulse of medium and separate raw coal according to specific gravity. There are 03 and 05 types according to the ratio of width between air chamber and jig chamber. It’s applied to separate lump coal, slack coal and mixed raw coal. 
Working principle of Side Motion Skip Machine
The air valve sends or discharges compressed air into or out of the air chamber of the jig according to the selected frequency in order to make water medium move up and down inside the jig. Raw coal are fed along with the water and are stratified on the screen plate according to the density under the action of pulsing water flow. Materials with large density (coal gangue) settle down to the bottom, while those with medium density (middle coal) are in the middle layer and those with small density (concentrate) are in the upper layer. Heavy materials are discharged to the lower body through the valve and discharge structure and then are transported with screened materials by the bucket elevator. Medium and upper materials will continue to be stratified and separated with the water flow.
