1.Lubricate clean grease regularly on the rotary shaft, rolling shaft, gears, moving shaft and sliding level parts and keep good seal of all sealing parts;
2.Check routinely about the wheel hub and fix it if it gets loose;
3.Pay attention to the operation of all parts and deal with it if there is any problem;
4.Pay attention to the abrasion of abrasive components and renew them in time;
5.Prevent the ash and hard objects from going into the agitator which will damage other parts;
6.Stop the machine and check out if the temperature of the bearing rises;
7.Stop the machine to check if there is impact sound when the rotary gear runs. Check whether there is any abnormal sound and the temperature of the lift wheel transmission device is normal.
Advantages of Agitator
1. Compact structure and good seal. The ash baffle is set in the feed inlet to prevent the spray from reverse flow;
2. Even stirring. The blades are in sector shape. The contact area with the medium is large when stirring.

Working principle of Agitator
The ores should be mixed with water and necessary drugs by the stirring trough to become slurry. Then, it should be fed into the slurry tank with air to form lots of bubble. Some which are not easy to get wet, called hydrophobic ores, will adhere onto the bubble and then onto the slurry surface together with the bubble to form mineralized froth layer; while others which are easy to get wet, called hydrophilic ores will remain in the slurry instead of adhering onto the bubble. Mineralized bubble with specific ores will be discharged to achieve separation.
