Advantages of Sand Washing Machine
The sand washer is a kind of sand washing apparatus matched with the sand maker. It can not only wash away stone powder and impurity from the mixed sand made by the sand maker to improve the quality of the sand but also can separate the clay and foreign substance from the sand. With its original hermetic structure, adjustable overflow weir plate, and reliable transmission device which guarantee the effect of washing and dehydration, it is mainly applied in construction field, sand factory, hydropower station and concrete dam field.
Working principle of Sand Washing Machine
When it works, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after the slowdown of V-belt, speed reducer and gear. The sand will go into the eluate tank from feeding chute and roll over driven by the impeller. After grinding, the impurity on the sand surface will be wiped off and the water vapor layer covering the sand will be destroyed which is beneficial for dehydration; at the same time, filling water can form a strong water flow which takes away the impurity and the foreign substance with small specific gravity and discharges them from the overflow eluate tank to complete washing process.
