Working principle of Flight Conveyer

The working principle of the scraper conveyor is to use the open chute as the bearing parts of coal, gangue or materials, and fix the scraper on the chain (forming the scraper chain) as the traction member.

When the nose transmission part is started, drive the sprocket on the nose shaft to rotate, make the scraper chain cycle run and drive the material to move along the chute, until the head of the machine is unloaded.

The scraper chain passes the sprocket for stepless closed cycle to complete the delivery of material.
