Working principle of PCL Impact Sand Machine
Materials go into PCL sand maker from the feeding inlet and are divided into two parts by separator. One part go into the speedy impeller and is sped up to hundreds of times the speed of gravitational acceleration and is cast away at the speed of 60-70 m/s from three evenly-distributed runners of the impeller. First, part of materials that fall free from all around the separator are crushed and
then are pushed to the settled layer inside the cavity. Then, they are rebounded by the underlayer of materials to rush obliquely into vortex cavity which will be impacted, abraded, ground and crushed for twice or more.
The crushed materials are discharged from the lower discharging outlet. In the course of crushing, materials impact and crush voluntarily. Instead of being in direct contact with the hardware, they are impacted, abraded and crushed with the underlayer of materials which reduces wastes pollution and prolongs the period of abrasion. Inside the vortex cavity, air flow self-circulation is achieved dexterously which reduces the dust pollution.
