PH ring hammer crusher is an impact rotor crusher with ring hammer. It’s featured by simple structure, large size reduction ratio and high productivity. There are two forms of crushing: wet and dry. It’s applied to fine crushing of medium hard and crisp materials in mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, construction, road and fossil fuels industries. The gap between grates and discharging granularity can be adjusted according to consumers to meet different needs.
Working principle of PH ring hammer crusher
The main component of PH ring hammer crusher is the rotor with the ring hammer. The rotor is comprised of the ring hammer shaft and the ring hammer. Materials firstly are crushed by the impact of speedy rotary ring hammer along with the rotor. Meanwhile, they will gain kinetic energy from the ring hammer and rush to the crushing plate fast. After second crushing, they will fall on the screen plate and be crushed after being cut, pressed, ground and impacted by the hammer and be discharged from the sieve pore. This miscellaneous substance which is unable to be crushed will enter into the metal collector for regular cleaning.
