1. Sector filter plate dewatering pores are distributed evenly with reasonable porosity and large steel bars. It’s made of high strength engineering plastic which prolongs useful life by 1-1.5 times.
2. Large filtering surface of filter tube and large volume of dispenser head improves the pumping rate and effects of filter liquid exhaustion.
3. Wear-resistant nylon single or composite filter cloth improves cake removal rate without congestion and long duration.
4. Multi-point dry grease pump adopts multi-point automatic lubrication.
5. Self-cleaning of filter cloth maintains good dewatering effect.
6. Horizontal forced high speed stirring, rubber shaft, graphite packing and triple seal with no pressure difference ensure no slurry leakage.
7. The main transmission with continuously variable transmission achieves ideal effects adjusted based on the concentration and flow of materials (AC speed variable motor or variable-frequency drive).
8. Each disc is made up of 20 pieces of sector plates which enhances the filtration control and even thickness of cakes.
9. Friction disk adopts special wear-resistant boron cast iron with the combination of hardness and softness and good seal. The useful time reaches to more than 10 years.

Working principle of Mine Disc Vacuum Filter
Disc vacuum filter is a machine to separate solid and liquid. The filter disc is driven by reducer and open gear transmission in order to make it revolve at a certain speed inside the slurry tank and to impel solid materials to adhere to the filter medium (filter cloth) which become filter cakes by virtue of pressure difference formed by vacuum pump on two sides of filter medium. When this part leaves from the slurry and enters into the dewatering zone, the moisture is separated from the cake under the suction of vacuum and is discharged through the tube and dispenser head. Thus, filter cake is dried.
