Water sleeve centrifuge, also known as Nielsen centrifuge, is an important reconcentration equipment, which is a kind of centrifugal beneficiation equipment developed and produced by the use of gravity acceleration principle.
It is suitable for sand gold, vein gold mine and polymetallic ore monomer gold recovery, replacing mercury plate operations.
It can also be used for chute and gold mining boat selected gold heavy sand.

Working principle of Water Trap Centrifuge
The double centrifugal bucket is divided into two layers, the inner layer is like a washing machine drying barrel type, stainless steel welded, with ring partition, there are many holes on the inner vertebral wall, and the outer layer is also pyramidal shape, forming a closed water sleeve with the inner layer.

The middle drive shaft is a hollow shaft, and the pressure water rushes into the inner sleeve of the double centrifugal bucket through the hollow shaft, and is injected into the partition room by the inner hole to form recoil water.
