Advantages of Tailor Recovery machine

The magnetic disk is a semi-magnetic structure, and a closed aggregate disk is installed externally, with a magnetic guide plate between the double layer magnetic steel. The lower part of the aggregate disk is immersed in the pulp tank, and the magnetic disk is fixed on the central axis, with medium magnetic field area, weak magnetic field area and no magnetic area.

Working principle of Tailor Recovery machine

It adopts tin-coated NdFEB as the magnetic material, and the sorting space has strong magnetic area and medium magnetic area.

The magnetic pole alternately forms a semi-circular ring magnetic system, the magnetic system is equipped with a rotating shell, the magnetic system is fixed, a part of the shell is immersed in the pulp, and the magnetic particles in the pulp are constantly absorbed by continuous rotation.

Magnetic materials continue to flip with the rotation of the shell, so that the non-magnetic materials contained in the magnetic materials are constantly washed out, and the upper part of the semi-circular magnetic system has no magnetic area. When the magnetic material enters the no-magnetic area, the material is unloaded into the concentrate tank under the action of washing water and the material gravity.
